When will my order ship? Orders ship within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.

What is your return policy? If your product arrives defective or damaged, we'll make it right — full refund, no hassle. Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@diasan.us with your order number and a photo of the issue. Return shipping for damaged or defective items is on us.
